Will be a full-time student (enrolled for 12 or more credits) (Nursing students are considered full-time)
Graduate of Cottage Grove High School.
*Recipient must display characteristics of good citizenship.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
Will be enrolled in a career and technical program.
